Background: A 200 year old forest druid, Minstrel's true intentions are unknown. She will control any who disturb her and force them into servitude, though she does not interfere in the outside world.

Powers: Minstrel possesses the ability to entrance humans and force them to serve her until death. Her basic powers don't allow for absolute mind control and can be broken by those with extraordinarily strong will, however her music will place any subject under total control for a limited duration, so long as she maintains concentration.
